Here they are, my Starlight Express OC: Stamp, the RPO (Railway Post Office car)
An RPO was a crucial piece of Head-end equipment on passenger trains (meaning that the RPO was usually directly behind the locomotive) and was a place for sorting the mail that was picked up and delivered along a train’s route.
Fitting a car that is found only on passenger and mail trains, but is not a coach or passenger-carrying car, Stamp is non-binary and genderfluid. They are meticulously organized, as is necessary for the complicated, quick work that an RPO does.
A real life RPO: www.nps.gov/stea/learn/photosm…
The detailing on their back is meant to resemble the wood interior of an RPO with the many, many mail slots while their trousers are reminiscent of mail-sacks.

And what’s with that big hook in their hands? It’s a mail-hook! Express trains wouldn’t stop to pick up mail. Instead, mail-sacks would be hung alongside the tracks, and a Railway Post Office employee would grab it on the go as the train went past!
